While I don't have too much to report on, I was recently browsing through my iPhoto library and found some pictures and videos I had neglected to share. Here's a little update on my recent activities!
While in America we have team mascots and Disney characters dressed up on costumes, Korea has dancing bottles of soju that hold hands with little kids. If you don't know what soju is, please reference every picture that has appeared on Facebook since I've been in Korea where I have glossy eyes. THAT is soju.
This was taken in May on a school trip to Seoul Grand Park! It's a gorgeous place and this is where the ZOO is!
This is the peak of Bukansan that Saul and I hiked to one weekend in May. Yes, that tiny peak is where we hiked to. It was.. intense.
A picture from the Bukansan hike.
Take a break from a ridiculously difficult hike and wash your feet in a water fall! Why not?
The lake at Seoul Grand Park. Beautiful!
Another part of the Bukansan hike. Basically 2/3 of this hike was climbing up steep stone steps like this. Fun, right?
Lastly, here is an awesome video of my 3rd grade students singing along to a song on the textbook CD. It makes me smile every time I watch it. Hope it does the same for you!
